Media Release and Waiver Notice

By registering for and/or attending the Thrive in Retirement Conference presented by RetireSimply®, you hereby grant Thrive in Retirement, its affiliates, partners, contractors, employees, representatives, and authorized media personnel – RetireSimply the unrestricted and irrevocable right to record, photograph, film, or otherwise capture your image, likeness, voice, and/or appearance in any media format now known or later developed.

You agree that such recordings and images (collectively, “Media”) may be used, published, reproduced, distributed, displayed, and shared — in whole or in part — for any lawful purpose including, but not limited to:
• Social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube)
• Websites and blogs
• Promotional materials
• Online advertisements
• Educational or marketing campaigns

You waive any right to inspect or approve the final product wherein your likeness appears and waive any right to compensation, royalties, or other remuneration now or in the future related to the use of your image or voice.

Legal Compliance and Jurisdiction
This release is binding under the laws of the State of Texas and governed by its provisions. You agree that any claims or disputes related to this release will be handled in a court of competent jurisdiction located in Texas.

Opt-Out Notice
If you do not wish to be recorded or have your image used, please inform a staff member upon arrival and refrain from entering any areas where filming, livestreaming, or photography is taking place. Event organizers will make reasonable efforts to accommodate such requests, but full avoidance cannot be guaranteed.

By completing your registration or entering the venue, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and voluntarily accepted the terms of this Media Release and Waiver.
