Retire Simply® plans to capture photography, video, and/or audio recordings (“Media”) during the THRIVE in Retirement Conference and may reproduce, use, or distribute this Media in promotional, educational, informational, advertising, and other marketing or communication materials (“Materials”).
By participating in the THRIVE in Retirement Conference, all attendees grant Retire Simply the irrevocable right to use their name, image, likeness, and voice (“Likeness”) as captured in any form of Media. These Materials may appear in, but are not limited to: printed publications, websites, social media, presentations, advertisements, digital platforms, and future event marketing.
Attendees understand and agree that Retire Simply is the exclusive owner of all rights, title, and interest in and to the Media and any related Materials. All Media captured during the event may be edited, adapted, cropped, or altered at the discretion of Retire Simply. Attendees waive the right to inspect, approve, or be notified of any finished product in which their Likeness appears.
By attending this event, you grant Retire Simply, its partners, affiliates, and sponsors a worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, and distribute Media and Materials that include your Likeness. You also waive any right to royalties or compensation for the use of such Media.
You agree to release and hold harmless Retire Simply and its agents, employees, representatives, sponsors, and contractors from any claims, liabilities, or damages that may arise in connection with the use, publication, or distribution of any Media containing your Likeness. This includes, but is not limited to, claims related to defamation, invasion of privacy, right of publicity, copyright infringement, or misrepresentation.
By attending the THRIVE in Retirement Conference, you acknowledge that you have read and understood this disclaimer and agree to its terms.

Expected Behavior
All participants are expected to:

Alert event organizers if they see someone in distress or notice unsafe behavior
Unacceptable Behavior
The following behaviors are not tolerated:

Harassment or intimidation of any kind

Inappropriate or offensive comments (verbal or written) based on gender, race, religion, disability, or personal identity

Inappropriate physical contact or unwelcome sexual attention

Deliberate disruption of sessions or presentations

Use of sexually explicit, demeaning, or harassing images, language, or gestures

Any unwanted behavior that interferes with another person’s ability to fully participate in the event
Consequences of Misconduct
Any violations of this Code of Conduct may result in:

A verbal or written warning
-
Immediate removal from the event without a refund
-
Ban from future Retire Simply events
-
Notification to venue security or legal authorities, if necessary
How to Report an Issue
If you experience or witness unacceptable behavior, please report it as soon as possible to a member of the Retire Simply event staff. Our team is committed to handling concerns discreetly and ensuring that everyone feels safe and supported throughout the day.

Cancellation Requests
All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to our team at info@retiresimply.com by August 16, 2025 to be eligible for a full refund.
Transfer Your Ticket
If you're unable to attend, you may transfer your registration to another guest at no additional cost. Please notify us in writing with the full name and email of your replacement by August 30, 2025.
After August 16, 2025
Cancellations received after August 17, 2025 are non-refundable. No refunds will be issued for no-shows or if you’re unable to attend on the day of the event.
Event Disruptions
In the unlikely event that the THRIVE Conference must be postponed, shortened, or canceled due to circumstances beyond our control (e.g., weather, venue issues, emergencies), we will provide credit toward a future RetireSimply event or program.
Because of limited seating capacity and the highly technical nature of the programming, children under the age of 18 are not permitted at the conference

All content presented at the THRIVE in Retirement Conference is the exclusive intellectual property of RetireSimply® and its speakers. This includes, but is not limited to, presentations, materials, slides, strategies, processes, language, and concepts.
Unauthorized recording (audio, video, photography, or screen capture) of any session, presentation, or material is strictly prohibited without the express written consent of RetireSimply®. This policy applies to all attendees, including members of the media, other financial professionals, and event staff.
No portion of the THRIVE in Retirement Conference may be copied, shared, broadcast, or reused for commercial or educational purposes by any outside individual or entity without prior approval. Retire Simply reserves all rights to its proprietary content and any approved audio or video recordings.
By attending this event, you agree not to reproduce, repurpose, or distribute any portion of the conference content in any form without written permission. Violation of this policy may result in removal from the event, legal action, or both.
